School of Advanced Learning (SAL) is approved and authorised by reputable awarding bodies to offer professional End Point Assessments and Assessments of Occupational Competence for the electrotechnical and engineering industry. This means our track records, quality and standards have been recognised by the prestigious awarding bodies. Our staff and management take pride for these recognitions.
We would like our learners to be highest achievers and our School to become the best among the training providers.
“Everyone can”, is our ethos. The School of Advanced Learning founded on the belief that everyone is capable to fulfil their dreams even if they are as big as climbing the mount Everest. “The dream of your life will come into a reality if you develop self-confidence, take the challenge and develop best of skills” says its founder Director Ermir Lleshi.
SAL was founded by Ermir Lleshi in 2013, with only a handful of learners. Prior to this, the founder director worked for various local FE colleges for 10 years, held various responsibilities including customer care, admins, awarding bodies compliance and business development. He always engaged with learners and he noticed there were gaps between learners expectations, what the colleges had to offer and the needs within the industry.
His introduction of intensive and practical assessment, where learners were introduced to equipment so that they can use it with complete safety and confidence (this sentence doesn’t make sense). Tutors are always available to offer one to one support for the learners.
His establishment of short professional courses such as Inspection and Testing,18th Edition and NVQ Diploma, is supported by great customer care. He ensured that students had excellent teaching and learning delivered by experienced team of staff and saw his portfolio of business rapidly grow.
